The papers should adhere to the Template! Author can choose from the templates listed as follows:
* Full Paper should contain 5 pages and above.
* Only English papers will be accepted for peer-review. Accepted papers must be presented on conference. Non-presented papers will not be included in the conference proceeding.
Authors can submit their manuscripts through CMT electronic submission system.
First-time users should register a account firstly, then upload your paper to the system. If your paper need to be updated after you receive the submission confirmation, please send the updated paper to conference email: acfpe@vip.163.com.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
1. Manuscripts must be written in English;
2. The manuscript should be written in accordance with the template;
3. The paper should be no less than 5 pages and no longer than 10 pages; (If the paper exceeds 5 pages, extra pages should be paid at 70 USD/page)
4. Plagiarism is prohibited;
5. Duplicate submission is prohibited;
6. Innovation and scientific value is a must.
